Making Inclusion Happen

Kristen Pelletier
Kristen has been leading the ISB learning support team school-wide for five years to develop a range of inclusive support services using a multidisciplinary team based approach. She is founding partner of the Next Frontier: Inclusion (NFI) collaborative launched in 2010, and is an associate trainer for Educational Across Frontiers in the area of differentiated instruction and has been a member the European Council of International Schools Special Needs Committee. Her goals include supporting other international schools on their journey toward being inclusive through consultation and professional development.

Making Thinking Visible

Ana María Fernández

Ana María has a BSc in Early Childhood Education and  a M.Ed. In International and Overseas School Administration. During this time she founded Colegio Gran Bretaña. Ana María has dedicated her career to improving early childhood education through the design and implementation of the Thinking Based Education approach starting from early childhood. She founded the project "Colombia Piensa" and is currently working in partnership with The Colombian Ministry of Education to feed the national pedagogical guidance with the use of thinking as a strategic pedagogical methodology.
