Dear Students, Teachers, Parents, and Friends:
We are proud and delighted to be able to announce that CIS (Council of International Schools) & NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges, U.S.) have notified the school that we are accredited by their organisations. Please see below an extract from their letters, and from the report submitted by the two experienced visitors who made the Special Visit.

Warmest congratulations to you, your staff and the entire school community on this achievement.” Fragment extracted from a letter received in June 2004 from Gerry Percy, Director of Accreditation Services, CIS.

The situation was well summarised in this quote from the Special Visitors' Report:
“In reaching their decision, the Visiting Team Members took into account the positive features of the school which were highlighted in various commendations in the Visiting Team Report. For example:The Administration and Advisory Board for developing a process to review the Philosophy statement through a collaborative process with administration members, the Advisory Board, faculty, parents, and students. The Consejo Directivo/Advisory Board for their diligent work on School policy development. The CGB staff for their dedication, spirit, and collegiality. The School Management and staff for their efforts in maintaining a caring and respectful environment. The School Management and staff for the quality of the communication and written documents available to parents. The School Management for keeping the School debt free and equipped with a financial emergency fund. Finally, the Visiting Team was impressed by the pleasant and well-kept nature of the grounds and the attractive appearance of the School buildings.”
Thank you to everyone for your help and support in this process.
